Tasks and Challenges

Tasks and Challenges are at the core of your experience and can be used many different ways to achieve your objectives

Overview

This will vary depending on your goals but it is generally recommend to provide between 10 and 20 challenges. If you would like to increase employee participation levels you may want to consider between 5 and 10 tasks and challenges. Typically, a lower number of challenges will result in higher participation levels. If employees see too many challenges they may feel overwhelmed and choose not to participate.

  • Recommended Number of Challenges: 10 - 20
  • Think fun and educational
  • Short and sweet
  • Mix 'Em Up
Use Multiple Challenge Types

Different task and challenge types encourage different types of interaction. We recommend incorporating as many different types as possible to create a diverse and exciting experience for your employees.
