Admin Guide

1. Logging Into Your Account

Go to and click “Log In”. Enter in the admin username and password.

2. Editing Your Hunt

Once you are logged in, you will see a list of your hunts. Click on a specific hunt to view the details for that hunt. If your hunt has not yet been launched to the app you will be taken directly to the editing area to finish setting up and configuring all of your hunt options and ultimately launch your hunt into the app. If your hunt has already been launched you will need to select the “Edit” button to reveal the hunt editing area.

In the hunt editing area you can set, edit or add the following:

General Details
  • Hunt Name
  • Hunt Subtitle
  • Start Date and Time
  • End Date and Time
  • Photo Challenge Tasks
  • GPS Check-in Tasks
  • Question & Answer Tasks
  • QR Code Tasks
Logos and Banners
  • Icon
  • Featured Top Image
  • Featured Bottom Image
  • Banners

Once all of the details have been set for your hunt and you are ready for participants to begin joining your hunt in the app, click “Launch” and it will immediately become available in the app.

3. Monitoring Your Hunt

In your list of hunts click a hunt to see the details for that particular hunt. In the details you will be able to view all of the photos and completed tasks by all participants as well as the leaderboard and progress of each participant.
